1 hour training session are offered on a weekly basis to instruct athletes over the age of 8 in all areas of athletics. Athletes under 8 are given time on a Friday night to learn each skill.
Competitions are held each week on a Friday night. Each age group will compete in around 4-6 events where times and distances are recorded into our results HQ system. Little athletics is about the individual athlete making progress throughout the season so certificates are awarded for personal improvements in the way of personal best certificates.
